The title should be "What's Everyone's Ethnicity or Race?"

"Nationality" is one of the most commonly misused words. It is the status of belonging to a particular nation by origin, birth or naturalization.

"Ethinicity" refers to the traits of belonging to or deriving from the cultural, racial, religious, or linguistic traditions of a people or country.

"Race" refers to a group of persons related by common descent or heredity.

So a Chinese person born a third generation American who was recently compelled by his spouse to get citizenship in Canada could say his Nationality is American, citizenship: Canadian, race: Chinese, ethnicity: Chinese American.
