Can you post up pics of the underside of the Vorsteiner tyle spoiler to show where we have to apply the double sided tape? Also, is removing the badges and roundel necessary to install the spoiler?

did u guys notice there is no 2 holes for the emblems?
drilling a painted fiberglass is not good
so maybe the best idea is to cut off the 2 things behind the emblems and use 3m to put it on

Let me mention one thing. The body shop which did my authentic PUR decklid, removed my OEM roundel from the trunk and attached it on the VOR decklid with 3m tape as well as drilled 2 holes for those small nothces which get inserted. When I removed my VOR decklid to sell it, I had to then remove the roundel again and replace it back on my OEM trunk. I was unable to get the roundel to sit inside teh oem holes w/o using 3m tape. It's been on there for 6 mos and its still almost impossible to remove the roundel. I think putting on a roundel with 3m tape should be sufficient considering my OEM roundel is sitting pretty after this many months!!!

When I had my authentic VOR the body shop had to place 3m tape on teh following locations and it worked flawlessly. Keep in mind I went through many high pressure car washes and drove very fast and never had any problems with it coming off or becoming loose!!

This pic I illustrated poorly should give you an idea of where you want to apply the 3m tape. More/less these areas will be flush with your trunk the center of the spoiler is slightly concave so placing 3m tape may not even touch the trunk..

^^ When I installed my authentic months ago I removed the roundel from the trunk with dental floss. Just wedge it between teh trunk/roundel and slowly move down pulling both sides downwards..

well i think if you look at the e93 trunk vs e92 the e92 has lines that mesh with the rear quarter panel. I think the e92's lines are also more curved rounded whereas the e93s are more square.

Let me see if I can do a side by side

The emblem is not stuck on by double sided tape. It actually has two "pegs that go into the trunk. Use a flat plastic item to wedge between the emblem and trunk and just pull it out. Afterwards, take out the two rubber pieces that are in the two hole that help fill in the pegs of the emblem. Remember to cover up the two holes with small tape so that water doesn't get in after the trunk lid is installed. (i did it just in case)
