Also, in the interests of providing data, how about a real video of the run against the Procede V3 coupe. You can hear his loud exhaust over my engine, lol. With only 3 good runs, I really should have been focusing on getting a good start instead of a good video. This could have by far been a better run than it was. But still, this was the 12.19 ET run. The car started swaying in the upper end, and I lost some precious MPH. You can see how the V3 coupe outlaunched me, but I reeled him in. Now Shiv, exactly where in the run is it that you see the 50 shot kicking in??

Enjoy:
You are right , this guy does know what he is talking about. The bottom line is you are making more power than any other tune only car by a significant amount. The question still stand......... how ? Lower compression makes LESS power not more. The only way lower compression makes more power is by turning up the boost which takes us back to the original question. How much boost are you running on your race fuel.

As a side note I know Drew and his M3 personally and his car isn't really that much faster than any other M3 with the same mods. The fact is no one else has the same mods as Drew. Mike is now running the same set up except for the gears and he is making only a few less whp than Drew.

As a side note .... I really don't care how Warren made the run. He has a fast car on race fuel and deserves the congratulations. I just think there is more to the story.

HR182 has two 335i. One is a E90 and another is a E92. The car that put out these great times is the E90. But from what i understand both cars are similiar in performance, with the E90 maybe having a slightly better launch cause of softer suspensions. I understand his car being a factory freak but what are the chances that both his cars are factory freaks? Seems kinda far-fetched.....JB3 FTW!

hotrod, i just want to say congratulations on your runs. nitrous or not, the time is there, and doesn't void it.

given you seemed to always run faster than most even from when it was stock. what was your fastest time stock anyways, 13.3-4? point im getting to is if you are a "factory freak", then regardless of the tune you run, in theory you'd do better than most with same/similar setups. if thats the case, using your car as a comparison to other tunes would be bias to any tune you set your car with, no?(not in any bashing tone whatsoever). in the end, there is that something that is giving you that unknown edge and thats what will make you happy and others annoyed haha. in the end YOU will go with whatever you want how ever you want it set up.

shiv is a vender so he does have something to prove if someone steps on his toes, i dont see how people wouldn't expect him to when it deals with possible loss of business. i'd expect any vender to do the same. now, i just really hope whoever shiv's source is wasn't fu*king with him to make him look like a complete ass.

my .02...again, if what you say is true then im really jealous and can only wish to post numbers like those. if not, then its all good, still respectable times and keep up the good work!

You would think that people would listen to me since I've been pretty objective in the past. That, and I'm a moderator.

I'm telling you guys for all of the non believers...

The car has stock exhaust, stock downpipes, stock air box, stock intercooler.

This car ran a 13.3 at LACR completely stock.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again...this car is a rare breed.
Do you guys really think that his engine could support a 50 shot at 16 psi?

I've seen his car. I haven't inspected it, but I just really doubt that he has nitrous.
Why would someone go through the trouble of adding nitrous to a car that is completely stock?
Don't you think he would add something less agressive like an exhaust or something? I just can't see him adding something like this.

Warren has also admitted that his other 08 335 is much slower than the one that he takes out to the strip.

If I was puffing a dry shot of N2O, I would not have mods on the car that I could not remove easily with BMW assistance coming to the rescue.

That brings up a good point.
It still seems to be out of the ordinary though.

+1 This makes the most sense. Run by and slap a PnP V3 in there and have shiv tune it to his specs and run it. I believe in factory freaks bc I used to own one a long time ago. I had a car that was supposed to be running 14.5 or so in the 1/4 but would usually run 13.8-14.0

I didn't get one this time around.......

I think Shiv's credibility is going out the window, if this in fact is true. Has any proof been show yet? Anyone know if Shiv took Hotrod's offer?

I don't get how that is happening. The car ran incredible times with just a tune, I applaud him, but anyone that wasn't there could easily just guess that he was using NO2. The fact is he probably wasn't.

I believe Shiv wanted to see it in person and put it on the rollers to get data for himself of a factory freak. There is nothing more important then data for a man like Shiv.

I also think Shiv knew he was going to lose the bet, but truly wanted the data for his own purposes. Plus what is $750 anyways? The guy owns a lambo!

Yes im interested myself to see if Shiv took Hotrod up on his offer as well. I mean Shiv was calling him out why should Hotrod have to go out of his way.
All that banter yesterday made Shiv come off as completely childish.. Excellent PR for the Vishnu products if i might add

Recently after putting some more miles on his E92, he has confirmed that they are now pretty similiar in terms of performance now. With a slight edge on the launch for the E90 and a slight edge on trap speed for the E92.
