Just got done running the fastest 5k since my late 20s, :28 faster than just a month ago

Best thing about life right now is being comfortable enough to share funds with kids and not REALLY worry about it. One nephew came by yesterday and threw my wife under the bus. Had no idea "We" lent the family money to defend him on a total BS charge of carrying a concealed weapon. He LIVES 3 blocks from a school and they pulled him over transporting from campground to home
