Unfortunately definitely unable to attend. Due to BA strikes i have to fly out Sun afternoon now... And because of this, I can't stay the night. Also due to work I've not seen the other half for over a week so tbh without the sweetener of being able to take her to a nice hotel, this is just not going to happen.

A real shame, but hope you all enjoy!

After speaking to Paul (pjs), I've now booked the Waggon & Horses Inn in Langsett, for a lunchtime meal for all of us. As I still have no definite idea of numbers turning up on Saturday morning, I've booked the dining room for 20 of us arriving at 1.15pm +/- 15 minutes.

As it'll be busy, I've told them that we'll sort out who wants what before we leave the hotel on Saturday morning, at about 11-11.30am.
The bar menu is available here.

The evening meal is 'being sorted'.

I've now booked the Ashoka Indian Restaurant on Ecclesall Road for 16-20 people at 7.45pm on Saturday night. I did phone those whose details I had, to make sure Indian food was suitable for them.

Taxis will be booked tomorrow, once I've got definite numbers.
