I want to clear this again and again
The delay is caused by my agent and nothing with GB from MB forum.
You guys already saw from the document I posted before; agent picked up the lips on early April.
I proved some of them and I will prove more whenever my agent sends me the documents.

Every day was very hard to me and you guys’ madness makes my life harder.
I wouldn’t say there is nothing wrong with my business skills and personality.
But I really hope you guys can understand me and can forgive me.

And for those of you who called me “thief” and “liar.”
I don’t know what makes you guys think that I’m a thief and liar.
Thief means a person who steals something from another person or place.
I didn’t steal and lied anything to you
I’m telling over and over to you guys

And especially for someone who didn’t even buy anything from me.
You guys need to consider it again and again.this is not good for both of side.whats the benefits?satisfaction?

So, please don’t lose your patience and wait few more days for me.

For the shipping refund issue, I can't do anything about it.
I shipped your lips/bumpers in early April.
And like the document proved, it was picked up from my factory on early April.
I talked to my agent about it and they won't do anything to me and you.
I'm also a victim for that issue so please understand me.
I also had to spend my own money to ship them out and that affect me pretty bad.
I'm very sorry about it

Wow, what a big mess. It sounds to me that Felix has done quite a bit of apologyzing and even though that doesn't count when doing business with others it does count for goodwill and interest to go the extra mile to finish the business at hand and self conciousness that if in the future this were to ever happen again, he would be out of business with us. I haven't bought anything from him but I'm tracking this thread as a potential buyer to see how it all ends.

Every business makes mistakes. It's how they handle those mistakes that'll make or break them. Anyone remember the Tylenol case and how some people died because of it?? Instead of just ignoring it Johnson & Johnson apologized to the public and recalled every single bottle/box of Tylenol on the market. To make a story short: they did everything in their power to make up for their mistake and look at them now. J&J has become a family name.
