Just placed my order for DPs and FMIC.

Tiago, I'm assuming the price for the FMIC will be adjusted by you since I ordered both?

Will the 5" require cutting? I have a aftermarket warranty and don't want any signs of tampering...

I think you were right because I'm getting the service engine soon light. I think it was a misfire. Do you recommend changing all the plugs or just the one? Why would this happen after the downpipe install? I'm getting the VRSF fmic so can I just wait to install it to change the plugs?

Thanks for the help again...

Did you install the downpies recently? Did you install a DP fix? SES light could be unrelated to the limp mode and more related to the DME recognizing the catless dps, if the CANclear function is off on your juicebox.

If you're going to do the plugs, just do all of them. It's not much $$$, and if it's been more than 15k to 20k mi since replacement and you're running a tune then it's time. Having said all that, it's all academic until you read the codes.

It says "in stock" on your site. But I'm assuming they are still two weeks out, is that correct?

Sorry about that guys, it's 2 weeks out, I'll change it on the site.

The 5" will not require trimming. The adjustments for the discounts will apply when the item ships out

http://www.burgertuning.com/dpfix.html

SC is like NC, I believe, checking readiness via ODB port, so you should get this and get it tuned so you can pass smog test.
Until then, you can enable the code clearing on the JB4, that'll get rid of the SES warning.

Ordered last night!

Anyone have a link to a video of someone cutting the shroud to install an FMIC? I know I should just let my local tuner shop pop it in for me, but somebody said the install wasn't that difficult so now I'm obligated to take a crack at it myself lol

could also be the coilpacks or injectors, and I'd just change all the plugs. You can test it if you move switch EITHER the plug or coilpack for cylinder 4 with another cylinder. if the misfire code "follows" it, then you'll know that it is an issue with that coilpack or spark plug. but honestly, plugs are pretty cheap and easy to change so I wouldn't really waste my time with that...just replace ALL 6 plugs and then if it happens again investigate injectors/coilpacks.

EDIT: Also, let's move this discussion out to the general fault code/misfire thread...we've jacked this one pretty badly!

My review thread has some pics.
Not best pics but may help.

It's very easy with bumper removed.
Once stocker is out and you hold new one up you'll clearly see what has to be cut.
