I plugged my AP into my PC and AP Manager and after the firmware update (no release notes though), I saw the .203 maps. Out to the car and in just a few minutes moved to 91 - 203. Something new is always fun.

Thanks for the clarification sir. For those of you who are interested in the alternate throttle maps, you must go on www.cobbtuning.com and chose your corresponding ROM version and of course the v202 throttle map of your choice. The v203 are currently not listed on the site.

Try going into the COBB AccessPORT manager, click options, and check the box that says check for beta firmware. Go back to the update tab and see if it loads it up!

Installed the Access Port yesterday, and I all I can say is WOW! I've used the Cobb AP with a Subaru and the 93 stage 1 gain on the BMW absolutely blew the doors off my expectations. So excited, and couldn't be happier!

Definitely check out Jeff at Top Gear Solutions for superb customer service, fast shipping, and a great price!

...I'm going to need stickier tires.

Just plugged in my AP and got the firmware update with v203. Definitely seems to be shifting a little better, may be able to move back to a std map from v202 v2.

I am MT and it definitely gives me the 2.03 maps. Some people say it is only for AT... but it is really for everyone even if it doesn't change anything for us MT guys.

Please give me stage 2, I don't care if it is closed beta, open beta, beta beta... just give it to me please! I have MS filter, AMS FMIC, AR catless DP's, and access to 100 octane pure race gas (no oxygenation or methanol).

Confirmed with Cobb that V203 works for BOTH AT and MT cars. Just that whatever tweaks they did would only affect AT cars shifting. "Stage 2 before the end of summer"

I8A0S V203 is available today... and I dig it more than v202 for sure, a bit smoother than V201.

Had some time for a few WOT runs this morning with v203, then some traffic time. It butt dynos about the same as v202 std, but shifts a lot smoother both up high and down low. Way more drivable in stop and go traffic than v202 std, enough so that I'll probably stick with this even when the alt throttle maps come out.

You have to update the AP with beta firmware checked to get the 203 maps.

I did 2 days ago and the new maps didn't come up I guess they added I8A0S ROM today, will update again when i get home.

You don't need to uninstall the COBB tune from the car. All you need to do is to update the COBB AccessPORT and plug it back into your car, go to tune, and switch your MAP to the the v203!

I think you have to go to OPTIONS IN ap manager and make sure the box has a check next to it.
