Just a feeler: I might be selling my car soon so I am probably selling my beyern black mesh wheels 19x8.5/9.5 staggered et30 front in rear with Achilles tires 235/35zr19 front 265/30zr19 rear tires. Tires have only been for 3 month. Wheels are almost perfect. No bends and one of the fronts has a tiny tiny scuff on the lip, hardly noticeable. Make an offer.

OK, so I just want to update some local info for area around UB.
I went to Firestone today for alignment and NYS inspection. I bought a lifetime alignment for my car last year so they didn't charge me for alignment service. However, after they finished NYS inspection, they told me that they couldn't adjust the camber because they don't have special tools for that. So they give me a $70 refund and tell me another place on Sheridan Dr. (United Import I think) for alignment. I'm also asking another shop to see if they can perform alignment for bmws. Actually I like Bob and David. It's a little bit sad knowing that they can't do alignment for my car... |

Anyone on this thread recently bring their black 335i to The Little Speed Shop in Rochester, NY? I saw the car on their FB page.

Ok guys
Next spring I'm looking at getting some new rims. I'm still stock 17" at moment with Michelin pilot sport AS plus. I have been looking at BMW performance 269 and 313. I love the look I'm just curious from your guys experience are 19" to harsh for our crappy roads in WNY? I think I'm going to go the 18" route... Then maybe get some Koni FSD shocks I hear great things about then! Just looking for input thx |

For low speeds like under 55 you'd be fine w 19s, but hitting a pothole at 75 or 80 will mess them up. The regular roads and side streets are fine w the 19s, our roads are not bad.

Anyone in the buffalo area experienced/willing to do a header install on an N52?
I really want a set of catless manifolds for the extra torque and added reliability that comes with reduced underhood temps. Thanks

Anyone know of a good inde shop in the Rochester, Syracuse or Utica Area?
Anyone have good experience with an independent shop in the Rochester, Syracuse, or Utica area - looking for a place that can do a wheel alignment on a 335 with Sport Suspension. Also, hopefully a cooling system flush... I would appreciate any suggestions! Thanks,
Cheers! |
