If you guys want a good easy recipe, I usually throw a little olive oil in a pan and sear them real quick (cut into halves), then I toss them in the oven on 375° and drizzle with bacon grease (from the mornings breakfast) and dust with pamasean cheese. Let em sit in there for about 8 minutes.

It's all about how you prepare them. They just taste like little lettuce balls. If I want to cook them quick I just cut them in half and throw them in a pan with olive oil and finish them with a little lemon juice.
