Ok, so some pics from the Hummer frame project of 2021...

The box is off, and the truck is at my frame restorer guy.

Neat. But I'm pretty sure BMW uses a sheet metal nut there with a big flange on it, called a body nut. 07146949380

I bought CG leather cleaner and conditioner and there’s a noticeable smell that Lexol didn’t have. Not powerful or terrible smelling, just noticeable. And the seats are slicker too after having taking a few trips.

Put in 1 step colder NGK's, detailed the engine bay, Turner inlet plugs and a new oil cap without stupid Castrol on it

The best it's ever looked. Gotta get NRW 1x1 engine cover, not sure bout the cowl filters yet

That's exactly where it got the disease. I've taken it to NE serval times in the winter. Never again will I take a car to NE in the winter. NE has killed 3 of my 4x4 vehicles.

I had vinyl wrap leftover from my interior wrapping so I wrapped my mirror caps black brushed aluminum. They aren't perfect as vinyl is hard as crap to put on those caps, but they look pretty good.

We will see how well it holds up, if it deteriorates quickly Ill probably end up with new black mirror caps. I like the black ones much better than the white ones on the alpine white color.

Curious to know what the bumper repaint cost, and if they sprayed it on or took it off the car.

Cool

Slapped on my new wheels !! First set I've ever owned. Ecstatic.

Looking for wheel locks(preferably in Canada) can't seem to find anything with a decent reputation(and reasonable price). Any suggestions are much appreciated!

Had non-vehicle related accident over the weekend. Spent part of today coming to realization that I won't be driving any car, let alone my 6MT, anytime soon with a "...comminuted intra-articular fracture deformity of the anterior third of the distal tibial metaphysis with disruption of the planfond of the right ankle..."

Surgery next week. No driving until mid-August. Am pissed.

In my injury-related hydrocodone haze, I though for a moment you wrote that you shot an M5 owner.

Very nice photos, btw.
