it all started from studying!!

I studied to 4am once...then kept thinking about shit until like 6 or 7 and fell asleep, ever since then my sleeping schedule got fucked.

I feel like Ed Norton in Fight Club...i mean i can fall asleep but just not for a LONG time...tossing and turning in bed for 5 hrs isnt fun.
