Not at all... It doesn't say the words "live", nor "real". This is super simple. It just says "mexican" cactus. I have a mexican restaurant near me named cactus, so I may be able to fulfill the challenge soon...


As for those concerned about the RR tracks. Certainly it's doable, and there ARE tracks that are not live, but I'm not going to risk anyone's safety here. One member said it's illegal in his jurisdiction, and here are some stats right from the state of new york:

So although feasible, I'm not being held responsible "agreeing" to a potentially dangerous challenge. Certainly any challenge is potentially dangerous, but this one is a horse of a different color. I'm not condoning a challenge where this online paper trail could lead me to be partially responsible if someone gets injured.


And from what I remember reading, all those train track pictures are re-used and not unique for this game. One was not on the tracks, just looking at the tracks. If anything, as long as EHDEN's picture is new, it would have fulfilled the challenge. Regardless, do whatever you want guys.

I would hate for the paper trail of the internet to come back to a single solitary game that one member posts a challenge. That one member, could potentially be charged criminally or civilly.

look guys i didnt mean to cause such trouble over a challenge.
the railroad one was founfd illegal so i changed it, thats a fact. dont need to further discuss it. its over.
now for those that find the cactus thing to difficult, its supposed to be, thats why its called a CHALLENGE. you have to get out and find one.if you cant, this things are for sale. go to flowershop give $20 and buy one. then you have a completed challenge and a flower for your house .

oh and after a quick search i saw there is a whole park in arizona. we dont have anyone from arizona??
