no, can't be done that way you have to increase timing a bit and rerun the car to see if the DME triggers any timing retard...its sort of like upping boost away from stock and checking timing to see if there's ignition retard

Same here. I'll wait for the heat to end & see how they feel back to back again.

When I take the car back to the track, I will do at least 1 run on each map as well.

Almost. They do call it "timing" for a reason. Advancing ignition to the point of knocking isnt always where all the power is. It could very well be somewhere before the point of knock that is MBT. So you want to add knock until you dont gain any power (or knock).

In the case of our cars, with enough octane and low IAT we can probably spare a few extra degrees in some places for some extra power.

The DCT holds stage 1 power like a champ. The logic of the DCT transmission is a bit finicky. To be honest we have not tested stage 2 on the 335is as of yet.

I figured would post a little of my pre-lim work on stage 2. This is my tuning pre-going to Lance or our new Tuner, Jason. Given this is my work, Stage 2 is still a few weeks out before beta can start! Power numbers are also subject to change.

This is on 93 octane with catted TBE and intakes on a 10Xish afternoon.

Cheers,
Rob

Rob-

Is Cobb planning on producing bolt-on parts for the 335, to support stage 2?
As you have done with other makes/models?

Eventually, yes. When, we are unsure. Right now we're building out hard parts department back up.
