and Law, why would you be buying a lens for a full frame camera?

Canon 17-40L. Perfect walk around lens, and it goes just wide enough so you can do automotive shoots.

Well, L series glass has always been built to be the best (figures since L is the highest line of lenses Canon offers). I wanted a lens that i could use too when i finally upgrade to a full frame.

lol test drive. Yea i can let you borrow it and you can play around with it.

Still not 100% sure if i want to sell it yet. Just trying to see if anyone is interested if i do end up selling. I love this lens, but i feel like having 2 wide angles is a complete waste.

i know what you mean. I had my camera for 2 years now and this is the 3rd lens im going to purchase.

I mean the body of a camera has a lot to do with how the photo gets taken, but the end result is all about the glass. I hate it though, feels so wrong buying a lens thats way more expensive then my camera itself haha.

for reallll.

Although i will say this though Simon. You should definitely get a Canon 50mm f1.8. Its a great glass. VERY sharp and super low f stop. The build quality is questionable, but for the price, you cant go wrong. You'll find almost EVERY photographer had a 50mm 1.8 at some point. Its great for shooting at night because the aperture is so dam low. Its priced at about $70~. I have one that you can test drive as well hahahaha. Your zoom lenses are great for shooting airplanes, but for cars, you really do want something with a low f stop SPECIALLY when shooting in low light conditions.

Nope, its around $70. If you want it ASAP and dont want to wait for shipping, i think stores that carry it sell for $90~. But online, you can get one for around $70. Its honestly a great lens. I told Phounger to buy it and he didnt believe me. Now he just bought one and he loves that thing.
