I wanted to love it, however, if you're using this car as a daily and in the city environment with crazy cops around, the DCT will be just a fast AT. I miss my MT and will be trading this awesome car for something else with the MT.
Will miss the awesome N54 and the exhaust sound.

DCT is definitely not for everyone but majority of the owners that do have it seem to be happy with it. There are definitely die hard 6MT drivers that would never own anything other than a manual transmission and would put their noses up to anything that resembles an automatic. I personally thought the DCT was great for my style of driving and daily commute. What are you planning on getting when you get rid of your IS? Sure is a shame your getting rid of her though.

Well, got my share of damn Dallas tickets -- this thing is a cop magnet in this place!
And to have it but not able to enjoy it is a true shame...

Congrats man!! There are 3 335is that I know of in 15 mile radius now, two of which are in Lacey! Awesome cars, I settled a bit on options, but in the end I like it more with just bare necessities... I installed Cobb today, ets intercooler is on the way.

Officially got a production spot today! 2013 Alpine White 335is, with a MT, navi, sirius, comfort access. ETA is first or second week of May. So damn excited

Gonna do some 15% tint all around, gunmetal alufelgan 19's prob in the first week to get it back to how my 2011 M sport looked, then probably M3 sideskirts a few weeks later. Got a longgggg list of mods I wanna do this time around haha

Where do you live if you do not mind me asking. My car gets built the third week in April and I am just wondering, with the early May ETA, where you live to take shipping into account.

Loaded Cobb stage 1 aggressive (since I am only running 93 octane), man big difference. Boost gauge reads 16-17 psi and car clocked 0-60 mph with p3cars gauge a bit under 4 secs... Its a beast now!

I'm looking to make the "is" rear logo in gloss red!

My 2012 335is just got the Cobb Stage 1 sport tune installed. New FMIC and cat-less downpipes getting installed this Friday. Then I upgrade to Cobb Stage 2 sport tune, and then a Cobb ProTune by a local tuner in the coming weeks!
