There is a Huge AMC theatre next door, ( Isaw Jane Erye) a dozen good places to eat, a Starbucks, and the train to from city (Buffalo Grove) is 1/2 mile away, so you can wait (free wifi in lounge area at VS) or drop and train it back.

SO DAMN TRUE!! The only thing I have a issue with is VS motorsports charges up the ass where you could go somewhere else and get a 25% discount they seriously mark up everything

Just wondering where your basing your "25% up charge" off?? We use all OEM BMW parts unless the customer request something different or brings parts in. We are very reasonable and do out best to be competitive. Others have ordered from us saying we are fairly priced and we are currently building an online sales website. Our products up on the site so far are right with the average price or below. We are not in business to rip anyone off and a shop that prides ourselves in building relationships. +1, i have gotten all my work done there and it has been really fair and I leave the shop knowing that my car was in good hands and the work was done properly

Not arguing with anyone just stating what I think. They do amazing work just feel like there a little to pricey but overall great shop and environment!

As someone in the service industry, labor rates are definitely a "get what you pay for" thing. Without specifically saying someone is better than someone else, VS' labor is very fair given their spectrum of competence. People will price shop, but I can't tell you how often our company is rectifying mistakes made from people who pulled the trigger simply because they saw a lower price. Though the industries are different, I know for a fact this holds true in automotive service as well. Additionally, this is not an absolute statement implying that the more you pay, the more you get, but rather my own perspective.

Didn't think you were arguing (and respect your opinion) but I don't want people to get the wrong idea about 25% up charge being true. Our prices are fair if its OEM, aftermarket, or oem equivalent. If anyone had questions on an estimate or found a cheaper estimate we do our best to match prices within reason.
