It's really good. I would say it's the best ice cream in the North Shore at least. They have tons of flavors to choose from and the kiddie cup is big enough to feed two adults, lol.

I feel like a fatass with all the food comments I'm making but man do I love richardsons ice cream...they have reall good cake batter and the Maine moose one is good too (raspberry and chocolate chip ice cream)

This is what I cooked Friday night for some close friends. 4 cow boy cut steaks. total 10.4 lbs of COW Z COW: Prepped Cow: Cow and me: The smallest of the 4 on a plate:

because it was so good!
The trick is 5m per side, 1/2 way through move the steak 45 degrees so you get that cross hatch everyone likes. Do the same on the other side and then move or cook on lower/indirect heat. In total they took 20m to cook to medium rare.
