Sounds like you etheir are watering your lawn too much or have poor drainage. Apply a fungicide every month.

I lost my ring today. Its very important to me. So I spent at least an hour and a half ripping apart my room and looking literally everywhere. Sweating my ass off. I finally go to put my shoes on and as I pick up my shoe it fell out. No idea how it got in there

Finally got rid of my Run Flats and had some Hankooks installed. Discount tire installed wrong size in the rear so I have to wait for the new ones to come in which will take a week. They put 255/45/18 on the rear instead of 255/35/18. a little more than 2" difference in tire height

Well, this is my true story of the events that took place in the last couple of years:

I went through a nasty divorced (see my thread http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=579810 there is so much to learn for everyone) Since then I have been paying close to $4,000 a month alimony and child support (80% alimony 20% child support). And I will continue paying until either I die, she dies or she remarries. After the divorce I was like FML

During the divorce I met my X gf. She became love of my life. She help me forget about $4K which my X wife enjoying with her boy friend. She made me happy. So I was like no more FML

After 2 years of perfect relationship, 5 weeks ago I ended up breaking up with her because of her sick mother Since day one, I and x gf had mutual agreement that we didn't want to get married. But her mother started putting pressure on her to either marry me or break up. My x gf was in the middle and was going crazy. So I ended breaking up with her since there was no way for us to stay together any more FML again...

2 weeks ago I decided to date again. Since date I had 4 dates : a doctor (37), a lawyer (36), a teacher (38) and a college student from Thailand (33).
I chose the student (youngest, no kids, the most available one )

So far so good. So no more FML

Monday my 135i gets out of shop to fix my footwell module because my headlights stopped working.

Tuesday on my way home my Fiesta takes a dump on the highway. Turns out to be Transmission Control Module which is covered under warranty (that was happy news) but the part is on backorder and Ford can't give me an ETA.

Thrusday my BMW decides to unload all the coolant in the car on to the highway. Turns out I need new waterpump and thermostat assembly.

I was about to payoff my student loans early too....

This has been the worst summer for South Shore surf ever...

Budgeted for an central air this month (2.5k). Then found a fridge on sale at a price I couldn't refuse since I didn't have a fridge at all (1.5k). Two days after my car broke down, waited 1.5 hours for a flat bed, and needed repairs (2.2k). Today just got my property tax bill (4k).

Spent 10k in the past three weeks. Over the next two weeks I have two weddings I've committed to attend that require gifts, travel, and accommodations. I'm really hurting this summer.

Today, I decided to surprise my girlfriend at work. Because she was "bored and didn't feel like seeing me" she thought it would be funny to call security and claim that I was stalking her. There is now a picture of my face at her workplace, and anytime I "pester her again" the cops will show up.
