Yes it's a very nice clean kit. If I didn't already have TFTs, those would be an obvious choice for me. Overall it's just a very clean kit, quality and Robert is a really nice guy to deal with.

Those of you with inlets, have you noticed a greater "sucking" noise from the inlet install compared to your old DCI stock location? (assuming you had DCI's at one point)

Another reason for keeping the stock inlet routing is if you live in a jurisdiction that requires visual inspection of the engine bay for "safety" or smog.
It would be way too much work and/or money to revert to stock inlets before inspections, then reinstall aftermarket inlets after inspections. Inlets are far more difficult to replace than downpipes, chargepipes, an exhaust or intercooler Last edited by limitdown; 12-02-2015 at 11:33 AM.. |

I just ordered the VRSF 2" inlets last night they should be here by this weekend. I was going with MMP, but they required a shipping charge compared to free 99...petty I know lol

Something I don't understand. Why change the inlets to the hot side of the engine unless you are going to run a single turbo. You certainly don't get any performance gains by doing this and you also have to move the coolant tanks and boost canisters to the other side of the engine. I think that the 2" inlet that uses the stock location is the way to go.
