Nabil,

If you get another 335, I'll eat a raw quail egg next time we go to sushi. (Even though it still sounds terrible.)

The exhaust is the same from the downpipes back on the XI, so it should fit great! We have adjusted our plans for having quad tips and such and will be coming out with it much sooner than anticipated due to the demand we've received. Thanks for the kind words.

Correct, exhaust fitment is the same for each model (e90 xi/i, e92 xi/i). Only downpipes are different on xi vs. i

I think he was referring to the "big name" companies that charge an arm-and-a-leg for just a pair of mufflers.

æ isn't just selling mufflers... they are selling a full exhaust, at a higher-quality than what is currently available. This exhaust is full from the dp's back, so pretty sure he wasn't talking about æ.

I see ae is based in Orange County... is the location an office? or is it a shop where you can do installations?

Can we get free installation if we live nearby? =)

CP-E fits both coupe and sedan

Corsis...the CP-E fits the coupe. It was actually designed for the coupe and later fitted on the sedan. The rear section is telescopic allowing you to move the exhaust in and out to accommodate the different lengths between the coupe and sedan.

Be a smart shopper!

This sounds great, will this come in 100mm tips??

slammedbimmer...I agree. That's why I went for the bang for the buck. I got the CP-E exhaust and it starts from the down-pipes back. It's a true dual exhaust with two mufflers and it eliminates one of the catalytic converter. The exhaust tips are 3 1/2 in across vs stock 3inches. It's noticeable and not too big or too small...another words it looks mature not young.

Chris

Nothing that's mass produced is hand made.

E92_335...everything starts off hand made. Once the orders pick up, then it's cut and bent by machine under the same specs as hand made. As a matter of fact there's less error when it's made by machine and more identical to the next. Our bimmers are not made by hand and they are near perfect next to another 335i. Trust me, I'm on my 4th E90 335i, two 07's and two 08's. One was a lemon and two were damaged during transportation. The CP-E exhaust puts out about 14HP to the wheels. I'm adding the Turbo tuner and getting a free before and after dyno test. I'll post the results to be exact.

"The best bang for the buck" is a funny saying. Usually it refers to a cheaper product, not necessarily with the best quality, but which performs along with the best. In the case of the æ exhaust, not only is it of the highest quality (no slip joints, etc), but it is also competitively priced, and performs just as well as the best performing exhausts.

(......and of course it sounds the best, but that is subjective )
