The Motorola E1000 3G works. There are occational pairing issues otherwise all functions work when paired. There is a downside. There is no cradle for the E1000.

Bluetooth Compatibility with LG8100 on Verizon
Does anyone know whether my LGVX 8100 Bluetooth phone's address book is compatible with the phone book of the BMW? I just got the phone and despite recognizing/connecting to each other, I cannot get my phone's address book downloaded onto the car's address book. Please help. --Jonathan

I currently have the Motorola SLVR and it pairs fine with the Bluetooth. My phonebook, redial list, and Top 8 list uploads easily. Originally, I had a Nokia 6682 and it would not upload my phonebook or even work the redial list, but manually dialing a number in iDrive was no problem. I'm more of a Nokia fan, but I'm getting used to the SLVR and it makes the hands-free in the E90 safer to use.

My Sept 05 delivered E90 330i with profsatnav. Purchased the i-mate K-JAM smart phone a week & half ago. Read posts which said there may be some issues with phone book retention. Paired and uploaded my phonebook without trouble. Running for over a week now without any issues. One tip I can give is to sort out your phone book in your Outlook first so no garbage is transferred over. Then it will look neat and easy to navigate.

I've got a 11/01/05 production 2006 E90. No I-drive. Brand new Verizon E815. Just got back from the dealer. They took 3 days to update the car's software to allow the phone to pair, but I've got no phone book transfer. I've read dozens of posts. Should I expect the E815 to transfer the phone book to my 325? What can I do now? I've got 2 days to return the phone to Verizon should I choose. Help!

Did you try deleting the connection from both the phone and the car, and then repairing them? That might work. Mine works great now that I got the software upgrade. I have the Razr from Verizon, though. Maybe you should go back and get one of them. I love the phone.
