Look, one of the earliest of the jump-the-gunners was scalbert at x252. and one of the latest of these was drdirt at x323. So that's 71+ orders. However, Shiv said something like only 50 orders during that period. Ergo order numbers do not reflect only those from Vishnu.

350-400 : second batch, 2 week wait time
400-450 : second batch, 3 week wait time
500+ : over a month
600+ : when pigs fly
700+ : when hell freazes over
800+ : when shiv gets the harnesses outsourced like the v1 where done eventually

However, in one of Shiv's most recent posts, he stated that they were closing in on 200 orders within 11 minutes. Therefore, the numbers CANNOT be consecutive because if they started at 250 then we should all be around 450 or less!

Too much thought would be creating a sample of IP ranges, your commerce site IP, a trace back to client IPs, creating a median map for the number of hops, factor in latency on each, for each trace, for each client, and then getting a list of the browser IDs and seeing if indeed xyz ISP, OS or browser type produced a faster ordering solution.

And then I'd create a forum poll about the results.
