Hi welcome to the site you have caused quite a stir .I work for government agency i get 30 days annual leave plus 8 bank hols and 13 paid fridays extra and super pension ,something to be said for working as a civil servent anyway welcome

Thanks Slke46 - we Civil Servants get everywhere by the look of things! Do you get good holiday entitlement, pension etc. in Canada then?
