Yes, it comes out of the urethra. But as Mr Tonka said, two fluids come out of a male's urethra as well, and one of them is not pee. I'm going off sophomore year undergrad elective-course memory here so I'm just going to speak of details which I am 100% positive about, but it's produced by a seperate gland called the Skene's gland(s?) and is similar in composition to semen sans sperm.

It's poorly understood. Some doctors will also tell you there's no G-spot. To me, that just means they're bad at sex. I've heard doctors say both it is, and is not urine. Some say its a fluid in the area near the g spot that swells during arousal. Last night, she squirted plenty within minutes of returning from the bathroom- empty bladder.
