Yes rubinos is where we get those types of "specialty" items. Clams oysters mussels. They open to the public so u can walk in there yourself and get all sorts of seafood. Arrachara we have but it's not suitable (at least i think) to bring home. It's more of a cut to buy in bulk just to throw in a taco/burrito. The good shit is peeled outskirt, choice or select grade. That you can eat just off the grill. Cost about 6-7/ lb in a 60-70 box. But can ezily be divided up since many people like it.

talking to steve, he said its folks not getting tuned first then EC folks at the end of the day. I actually have two spots . . . . but I am special.
With a couple of us going at it, how long to swap out the oem intake to a DCI. Couldnt be more than 5 mins right? How long does it take to strap a car on and take a car off? |

I want to do a stock tune stock intake, stage one stock intake, then 2 stage one DCI. Steve said we could do the first two, then pull the car off for another to run, then put my car back on after the switch out. But if it takes less time to just switch it out intakes on the dyno, rather do that and save time.
My only concern is the engine being too hot work on. |
