Depending on if I decide to store in my truck, there may actually be some left for lunch. Oldest came home after umpire duty and has tasted the forbidden fruit, so probably not

Chicken Schnitzel with parsley potatoes.

Pounded thin chicken breast dredged in flour and egg, coated with breadcrumbs and fried in oil and butter. Seasoned between each step with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Yukon gold potatoes par boiled then pan seared in parsley and butter. Akin to the original Wiener Schnitzel.

I installed the new stove today and burned the oil off (I wanted the 36") and my bride is making her killer Mac and Cheese for dinner. It's a tradition when breaking in the new cooker.
