I lost 18 pounds during the lockdown.

I just watched my calorie intake

A friend brought over chips and salsa earlier so I made Chilaquiles and it was quite good. Perhaps I will make it again and take a picture...but I was too hungry to mess with it.

I lost 44 pounds during the lockdown.

My doctors are pulling their hair out, trying to figure out why. One would think they would be happy, not in a panic that something may be wrong and running me through tens of thousands of dollars worth of tests!

Tonight's dinner was southern BBQ from a new take-out place across town. Sadly, it was meh...and they messed up the ocra so bad that I couldn't eat more than two pieces.....

44 pounds? Sheesh.

I was a bit overweight (I used to eat a lot of fast food ).

I took advantage of the lockdown to lose weight. Started in Dec 2020 (I was at 181 pounds) and by the beginning of March I dropped to 163 pounds.

I’m trying to hit 159 or 160.

Me to. I was 240lbs now im 200 since I started walking to work. 1.2 miles driving makes me feel weird how the N52 engine isnt warmed up yet sometimes. I started going to the gym since they finally opened it this month and tryna get swole now. They shouldve never closed gyms because u cant get sick when ur working out. Its kinda hard and gyms are much more cleaner than the arnold days. Less stuffy and more light!

The last two times that it happened, I wound up spending weeks in the hospital shortly afterward. Hence, their concern.....

I let myself out now.
You would have lost your mind if you had walked into our garage back when we were drag racing. We'd make Kraft Dinner in a hubcap with the acetylene torch and eat it with a wrench.

Usually just water. I mean how much brake dust could there possibly be in a hubcap?

Having a couple of the girls overnight. Wings, nachos and other mystery sides.

Wings coming out of the oven. Sea salt, Tellicherry black peppercorn and a sprinkle of bread crumbs.
