Nope no spacers. I already kinda rub on the front. I may throw some 5-8mm spacers on the rear though.

Been trying to piece together overhaul kits for the calipers. I didn’t realize a 335 and a unicorn were the same thing. Nobody has piston seals!

Yea, I know. I have an e93 M3 and an e60 M5. Okay, How about this. I moved my E9x M3 out of the garage to work on my M5. More appropriate and less confusing? LOL....

Replaced the OHFG on my n55 x5, which had a very bad leak and the serpentine belt, which had a big slice down all the ribs. It was asking to rip and get sucked into the engine!

I forgot to prime the oil and instead let it warm up before the oil change. It seems to be running fine though.

Side note, the oil filter was starting to twist and causing a loud whining noise, if anyone ever comes across that noise.

I miss my old E46 325Cic, it had far too many owners before me but I got it caught up on maintenance. I love the E92 more because I prefer the BSM, it's a manual and has real leather seats.

finally did something today on my 09 e91 that has been on the low priority but annoying list for a while

i replaced the deteriorated/melted interior door grab at the passenger front door with one of the amazon kits that utilize screws as opposed to using a blowtorch and spending upwards of ~ $120 on the bmw parts

the color is damn close to the factory beige, and will work to eliminate the 'ew gross' comments I get from my wife/daughter when they sit in the front seat.

strangely, doing interior work is far more stressful to me then doing things in front of the firewall

yay for progress

I already have an unhealthy to-do list..

Damn, I loved my e46 330cic too. There is still a big hole in my heart. Every option but zhp and mt. (Mind you I love driving a stick, but not as a daily commuter.) Lawd, I miss all those options and those rims.

Here’s my e46, and then this year’s Halloween display, then art becomes life 2 weeks later when a red light runner “sideswiped” my front end.

Just the typical: hood struts and washer pump on my wife's '07 328xi sport. Got new wheels and tires last week.

Replaced the spark plugs which were in there when I bought the car 45k miles ago.. (now at 148k) old plugs had about 0.10 larger gap than new ones.

Also made a quick attempt to close up the hood-bumper gap a bit by pushing the bumper outward

E90 N52 no spark issue

Im new on here so idk if this will get the attention i need. I am also new to the BMW realm. I love the cars but never owned one. I am a mechanic but definitely not a euro mechanic, boy do these things have some differences than what im used to. I just recently bought my 06 E90 with the N52 and the 6 speed manual for $600, yes $600 lol. Was told it needed head gaskets. They were wrong. No compression on two cylinders engine was toast. Purchased a used engine and tore the car completely apart myself. Got everything pulled apart and put back together with the new(used)engine and got it running everything was working great except it had a miss on #2 and #3 replaced all coils and plugs. Bosch coils and ngk plugs. QUICKLY learned that even though Bosch was oem that those coils will not work on this car or these cars period after talking to two shops. It lost ALL spark completely. Took their advice and replaced the Bosch coils with Delphi and it worked and we are back in business. EXCEPT now there is no spark on #1 and #5. All coils have power to the coils like they should. Ground, 12v and the 5v reference. But still no spark from the coils. BUT i can take the coil from #1 and swap it with the #2 coil and it fires on #2 still but #1 still stays dead even with the coil that was just working on #2. Swapped the plugs back and forth as well but still no spark on JUST #1 and #5. Injectors are good, put in a new crank sensor from BMW but still no change either. Good compression and everything just simply no spark at all on 1 and 5. I am LOST. Idk what to do and ive never ran into this. I've diagnosed cars everyday for years and im stumped on this car. Done everything i can think of. But like i said i am no bmw expert at all. I really need some help.

Could it maybe be the wiring harness going to the coils that's faulty? One thing that's very helpful with diagnosing these cars is having ISTA software. You can get it and it'll scan bmw specific codes and walk you through the steps to diagnose the issue. Maybe there are codes you're not seeing that could point to the issue. Need a laptop and kdcan cable

Checked all wiring and its all good. The codes and for random misfire. Firing code for 1 and 5 and a irregular segment timing code

ECSTuning 28mm sway bar came in along with the condor speed shop solid rear subframe bushings.

Put the sway bar in this morning & the car feels wayy better in the little bit of driving ive done on some backroads near my house. Cant wait to do the subframe bushings
