No pic, but there's a roasted chicken place around here and they make an awesome artichoke and chicken pasta with linguini... sooo good!

I like artichoke a lot, but I don't eat it all that often for some reason.

We hosted a neighborhood party last night. Had it outdoors around the fire pit. Meatballs, smoked pork ribs, homemade baked mac n cheese, veggie tray, fruit tray, cheeses, crackers, dips, chips, rolls, corn and bean salsa salad, rice krispy treats, and of course s'mores for the kids.

As for drinks, there was beer, wine, whiskey (homemade by a neighbor), barrel-aged whiskey cocktail, and the usual assortment of sodas and seltzers. I shouldn't have had that last glass of Vieux Carre.
