This is Pat and I believe some of you guys know me. The truth is, we ask you to keep the first set until we decide what to do with it. We never ask you to ship it back to us at your cost. If we do ask for shipping back the first to us, we will pay for returned shipping of course.

The skirtskirt is not easy to deal with esp. we hope each customer can install it by himself. We really try it very hard and hope everyone will be happy with it. That's why we are making the built-on clips to avoid any issue caused by improper installation.
Here is pics of new sideskirt install after customers told us they couldn't install it properly. We simply ask a local customer came to us and install new sideskirt right away. After that, we made a installation and email to all customers. If you follow it, you shuldn't have any fitment issue.

The truth is, Mach told me that I could keep the old ones from the very first batch and will ship me replacements at no additional cost. Plain and simple. You never asked to keep the first set. In fact, you guys even lied about the shipping situation when I paid EXTRA money for expedited shipping. It was sent out by the Taiwanese courier and then it was transferred to Fedex Ground so it took almost TWO WEEKS to get to me. I have kept my cool till now thinking that you'd take care of the situation.

It's because the side skirt isn't snapped in at the rear and the clip in the front needs to be trimmed down to be more flush. It wasn't the easiest job in the world getting these to fit right, but I got them there eventually.

Actually thats not true. The people who received the first batch were told to do whatever we wanted with them. We were never told to keep them or send them back to you. Hell, as soon as I put these new ones on, I broke the first batch sideskirts into ten pieces and tossed them.

JPsimon from his pics does look like the paint doesn't match, but for the Montegos the color is perfect...Fitment was the issue but with careful trimming I also got it to fit nicely but for the rears I only was able to use two clips on each side to hold it together, but its flushed...My first set, I was told to do whatever I wanted to them and wasn't asked to return them, so I sold them....I wrote Pat an extensive PM about the sideskirts and haven't even gotten a return PM describing my concerns...I hope things work out because once they are installed perfectly, they are a thing of beauty..

Two clips holding on a side skirt is dangerous and not good enough for 90% of us. I believe the skirt will work, but they must extend the clips to make them longer. I think this can be done, but in their current state most are having an epic fail on the install. That is not good enough. I think people just want to know what is being done and when we will get it.

well if I have to send these new ones that I just received back for the newer ones, you bet I will do it! I just haven't heard anything about sending these new revised ones back...I only have one minor issue with these new revisions that I PM PAT and Mach about...If I can finally get the perfect set once its all set and done, I will wait but I still haven't gotten any response back...I have no problem sending these back to them in California at my expense just to get the PERFECT set with fitment and PAINT, but I will wait until these are perfected and no longer want to be the guinea pig...so with that I will hang on to these for a while till EVERYTHING and anything is ironed out...Former Boosted IS, didn't you also receive the newest revisions also? WHat are you suppose to do now with those?

I was on this last set and believe they are a good mold, but the mounting is not satisfactory as things stand. Revisions need to be made to the mounting points or lengthen the clips but I think M-Force should do this.

It's hard to tell from the pictures I posted yesterday, but the skirts sit pretty flush. But they slightly bulge in the middle, and the paint being wrong is what makes them look 'off'. I'm in talks with m-force though, they PM'ed me. I just took pictures with a real camera.. please hold.

They look pretty flush (but it looks like they couldn't be pushed in any further to be more flush). Also, notice the paint is pretty far off... This probably isn't a widespread issue, as everyone else seems to have a good paint match, so don't let it discourage you from ordering... The 3rd batch they're talking about with molded clips is the best way to do this... so whoever gets those will be fine

I'm not sure how much our paint fades over time, but I'm starting to think more and more of just getting these paint matched at a local body shop.

Exactly why I ordered mine unpainted - regardless if you use the same paint code, subtle variations in the metallic tint mix can make a huge difference in the overall color. The only way to guarantee a perfect paint match is having a shop match the exact color on your exact car.

Patiently waiting for batch 3

i have to defend M-force as for the paint...I can't see how a body shop would paint them any better than it comes...For the Montego skirts the color match is perfect, but i cant speak for the other colors...As for the slight bulge JP, mine exhibits the same but I guess your right, if the color is off you would notice it even more..I think they would be fine if the paint match even with the slight bulge...I will take some pics of that same angle for the rest of the people to make the judgement..

Damn JP, that looks like ass. Color off could be due to your car being older, exposure to harsh weather conditions, etc? Just a thought. Mine is not perfect match either, but close enough.

The fitment of my skirts are just ok. I actually like the fitment of the first batch better minus the short driver side.

The thing with this new batch is that it needs some flexing to snap in, so it throws it off a little. It is not flat and flush. Perhaps because of that, there is a 'bulge' or bubbly' appearance to it. I cant tell for sure.

These are pics of the latest batch. All the other pics of my car on here has the skirts from the first batch on.
