put in the stronger yellow springs and the car is still throwing a limp at the top of 3rd at WOT. The limp seems to happen when I let off the throttle, the power is not cut while i'm in the gas, just after.

I will try the stock DV's and see if that does anything but I do not plan on keeping the stock DV's in.

Just wanted to let everyone know i'm running the Forge Dv's with the yellow springs and the Helix Attache with the 93 octane map... Had it for a few months now and have been running it really, really hard the last few weeks and no limps at all. Just smooth power throughout the powerband. 2007 e92 with manual tranny...

No.

I actually went ahead and ordered this despite my prior thoughts about cancelling.

They offer a three week (15 business day) return policy as well. I figure I am gonna give it a shot for a couple of weeks and see what other information comes out about the shark tune. Worst comes to worst I send it back and get 675 back (15% restocking fee).

Haha... my name is Alan, but I guess I'm 50% of the way there! Getting my Attache on May 23rd installed at Helix!

I was quite sure it was not the DV's. The strongest correlation is the 91 tune itself. Everyone else on Shell and or Forge DV's with the 93 octane are running strong from what I have seen.

Step 1- go out and by a toggle switch (radio shack) and mount it where u want in the car (glove box works well)

Step 2 - run the Map Switch wire (orange i think) from the Helix Attache harness into ur car and over to the toggle switch.

Step 3- connect the Map Switch wire to one leg of the Switch.

Step 4 - Run a Ground wire to the other leg of the switch. (there is a bolt that is a good ground right in the glove box by all the fuses)

Now when u leave the switch "OPEN" it's ur first map... when u flip the switch "CLOSED" ur on the 2nd map. All the switch is doing is making a connection on the 2 legs and grounding out the orange Map Switch wire to make the 2nd map active.

There's a good write up here somewhere by HyperM3 on a good location to mount the switch. If you do a search you'll find it... i'm too lazy right now

**EDIT**
Ok, did the research for u cause i'm a nice guy... here's the thread i was referring too by HyperM3: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=131443

I have left multiple messages to Ralph for which he says Eric was suppose to call me.
It never happened. So, I called back and was told that Eric would call me back.
Again, never happened. Your customer service goes from great to piss poor over night? I do not get it. When your out of town then your not there and that is certainly understandable. But this is the third time Helix has said one thing and did not follow through.
I want to give credit when credit is due but that gait swings both ways.
Now the product: I do not know what the say other than the adjustments by Tturbobullet, the values for AIT did not help the tune. In fact they tune is much worse. I installed the switch in a last ditch effort to see if then 93octane + dp map is any better. I only write this post because it seems I have to broadcast the bad info to get any kind of response. The only consistency has come from Tturbobullet. I appreciate his work on trying to find the problem on this particular 91 octane dp maP but it simply is not working. I will not send it back and forth anymore because I did not pay to be a beta tester. Again, Tturbobellet thank you for answering promptly and trying to solve my problem. Please read the PM I sent you for details.

Yep

Doomsday + Dinan stage 2 rev + Vishnu V3 + Shark = nothing else going on over here. However, someone could put up NYGP's really nice dyno in this thread.

i'm running the Forge Dv's with the Attache and have no problems. I know HyperM3 has the Forge DV/Attache combo too and i don't believe he has had any problems.
