They don't send you any. You can simply use tape to make your numbers if you don't wanna buy any. I bought mine since 172 is my year long number for CCSCC and I don't anticipate too many people will try for 172 in BMWCCA...we'll see...also magnetic is very fast to swap if your car has 2 drivers (each driver has a different number). Also, because racecar.

umm...I told you I was going to indy earlier this week. I have to leave at like 8:30 AM.

And yes, you beat me last time. I honestly don't think I can run any faster for that distance so unless its really humid, you will always beat me now. However, how does it feel to have a 43 y/o smoker be in better shape than you? Just curious.

sam, no seriously, you've come a long way since the meet last year, but I'm still running farther than you regularly (up to 9 miles+ now still at an 8 min pace) and quite honestly, lb for lb factor in age I'd put myself up against 90% of USA in fitness.

Last night...7 rounds -> 15 kettle bell swings (45 lbs) 15 deadlifts (95 lbs) 15 box jumps (24 in)...finished in 21 mins.

This AM....4 rounds -> 10 feet on stability ball pikes with alternating leg lifts, band pulls to exhaustion, side planke with feet on medicine ball and 10 leg lifts, 10 lateral bear crawls with full body plyo at each end...

Tomorrow 14 oz steak at St. Elmo's...
