Last night...7 rounds -> 15 kettle bell swings (45 lbs) 15 deadlifts (95 lbs) 15 box jumps (24 in)...finished in 21 mins.

This AM....4 rounds -> 10 feet on stability ball pikes with alternating leg lifts, band pulls to exhaustion, side planke with feet on medicine ball and 10 leg lifts, 10 lateral bear crawls with full body plyo at each end...

Tomorrow 14 oz steak at St. Elmo's...
just cuz I'm bigger doesn't mean I'm out of shape old man river. I'm just not in fit runner or boxer type shape. Hockey or even football would probably be more appropriate, however I've never played an organized down of tackle ball in my life. Yeah I want to get more cut but my BF % has gone from 22 to 15 in about 8 months. I'm bulky but its mostly muscle at this point.

Yea that was a fun era for F1. People complained the racing was less interesting/competitive but I maintain that it was just as competitive, just not in your typically NASCAR "wheel to wheel" type racing. The competition was in strategy and execution. If you had an intellect for keeping track of who was pitting when and how everyone's pace was, the racing was just as interesting, if not as explicit as your wheel to wheel battles. Which would always pop up anyway...

Gary goes to DePaul for business I'm pretty sure, so he can give you some good info probably. Also, have you looked at IU, their business program is better than Iowa's unless that's changed recently...

In the end it comes down to choosing the environment you think you will best. Education is probably the biggest part of college but it's far from the only consideration. It's much easier to assess a school's program than it is it's overall experience, and much of the intangibility that a school's environment provides is very instrumental in how you develop

DePaul

F1 aint cheap nor easy, and Porsche, like Audi, has their technology strengths in other racing. Its not like BMW has much to show for their efforts, and look at Toyota...

I looked at IU but it just isn't in the cards. The environment is the hardest choice because there are many benefits of both. They are just completely different schools. I think from the education aspect they are both good schools so what its coming down to is which environment I think will best suits me

I went to Illinois so I may be biased, but it's the shit. Top notch business program, so if you can, go there. My sister went to Depaul for a year and I talked her into transferring to Iowa, she loves it. Can't go wrong in the big ten, plus I think it would just be a better overall experience. Iowa is really fun, you can move to Lincoln Park when you graduate.

I didn't get into Illinois but I agree on living in lincoln park after getting out of school. Iowa would be more of the "college experience." I'm still torn between the two for some reason though
