Thanks so just to make sure I'm understanding things correctly related to E-mix in the US. If I'm on stock LPFP and not running an running an eMix only use one gallon per full tank to address timing corrections. No more than 1 gallon e correct per full tank?

If on stock LPFP you can use up to 3-4 gallons max on full tank but ONLY on e25 mix map? Assuming the pump can handle it. Is this a correct statement?

I'm running 1.7g e85 which is a more than the recommended and LPFP is struggling to keep up just dilute it back with premium gas(93). I'll start looking for a replacement.

Besides the lower pressure captured on the logs any other symptoms I should look for in a failing LPFP?

First thing I see is 3rd gear only - shift at 6250-6300 at most. N54s dont make power above that - actually 6K is probably best even for a 6speed ZH-Hp.

Get a little of 4th in there post shift -
Makes all the diff in the word for individual cyl retards.. especially as IAT begin to climb.

AFR and trims are a little high for a efuel. How long have you been driving with this blend?

LP pump in the mid 50s at 6K - marginal.

Boost mean vs boost target is a little high in the upper rpm ranges - could be boost leak or wear from WGs.
Another reason dont spin it up there.

USE the torque luke.
I run full bolt ons(7 inch vrsf reg version, vrsf catless dp, stock airfilters, catless midpipe, perf exhaust, cobb chargepipe, stage 2 fuel it lpfp, 3 month old hpfp, new coils, and new plugs, as well as 2 new boost selenoids. My motor and trans were both replaced by bmw under cpo so i have 144k on the body, and about 80k on the motor and about 50k on the transmission and about 80k on the turbos which rattle badly but is masked by the mhd rattle fix set on max. I have not replaced any vacuum lines (which are prob cracked somewhere) but i have double checked every connections so i doubt i have a boost leak that i can see in the piping. I probably ran a higher blend of ethanol for the e50 v8.0 map. I put 8gal of e85 and the rest 93 gas and i usually refill when the range says 30 miles and i tend to find myself refilling 8 gallons of e85 and then only 4 gal of 93 and its full(obviously from left over fuel in the vehicle so i might be raising my e content little by little more than i should be which i will stop doing from now on out). I try to run more to be on the safe side. I am going to run it until its very empty and do 7 gallons of e85 & 93 octane..

What is torque luke ?

New Log. I'm getting a dyno tomorrow and wanted to make sure I dont blow up my car. I see some timing corrections and fuel pressures are better now. I had to much e in my tank and the car was falling flat on it's face. Can someone take a quick look and let me know what you think?

Look ok, you dont seem to get rid of the corrections, but the dme will protect it from blowing up so you will be ok

should I go put 1g of E85 also what could I do to fix the corrections? Could it be related to spark plugs, coils fuel injectors all the above?

I'm about to install turbo upgrade and LSD and would like to have some expert eyes on these logs. There are two issues I have:
1) I get an 30FF Charge-air pressure too low
2) The car feels much quicker and smoother under near FOT than it does under FOT.
2010 E90 N54, MT, M-pkg, PPK1 and 2, New HPFP, Coil packs, plugs, Index 12 Inj.. Upgrades (FBO+): Stg 2 LPFP, catless DP, stepped IC, Fuel it Port inj with AC16 controller, DCI, CP, Forge DV, BMS OCC... 80k miles.

Really appreciate any input.

You have a boost leak.
Fuel trims are approaching -34. Try a fuel adaptation not sure what its called anymore. Or the scalars need adjustment via a custom tune.
In first log traction control kicked in.
Lamda banks rise slowly to 235.
Fmic does a lousy job

So recently when the car is under WOT, between the shift from 2nd to 3rd gear, there is a very large jerk and then awd/dsc malfunction lights come on putting the car into limp mode. The car is a 335xi and am wondering if it could possibly be a transfer case or differential cause the jerk and then the codes.
Codes are -
2AAF-Fuel pump, plausibility.
2D5A-Monitoring engine torque limitation

Shadow codes- 2FDB - Fuel High Pressure ...

Car has new coils/plugs and no hesitation on startup.

Thanks! I did rhe fuel octane and lambda adaptation (reset) will try to repost logs. Likely poor map on the PI right?

Corrections look ok but you are almost 2psi below target at peak. I would start with looking at vac hoses and then boost sels themselves.

So you've been runnig that map for a while? They should not be at 20percent really.

Not sure if that might have something to do with you being at 14.3 PSI baro or not.
WGdcs are going up pretty high at the end. IF you figure out why boost is not at target that should get you closer to the target and keep the DCs from going up further. Might even bring them down a bit.

I replaced my VCG two weeks ago. On the second pull I smelled oil burning and saw some oil in the oil pan tray. I think that might be the culprit. Didn't drop as much boost on the first pull.
