I'm still wicked pissed I have not gotten a refund from the botched dyno day.

I sent a $60 payment back on 4/13 and have asked both TRcustom and Shift tek for refunds multiple times.

I even called CarTune and their dyno is still down.

Ridiculous.

Anyone else have this problem?

I just got back to work looking for a home to buy in that area. If I cant find a home to buy, renting my 2nd option in that "Poway SD" area.

Now the reason why I visited the forum is because I had a scare today getting back on the 56. I decided to go WOT. I havent truly got WOT in a long time. I was approaching redline in 1st gear and then I hear a bunch of air whirling as if the Turbo opened up and all the pressure was let out. Check Engine Light started flashing, the drivability felt a little strange. I slowed it down and thought to pull over immediately, but I didnt want to be on the side of the highway so I got off on Camino Del Sur. As I got on the off ramp, the blinking went to solid CEL. When I got to the light, the CEL was off. So I decided to just journey back to work in Torrey Pines and check it out there. When the CEL light was turned off, the drivability felt back to normal. No other codes or alerts popping up. Did I escape something or is something nearing the end of life. I bought it used in 2010, it's a 2007. Not sure if wastegate or turbos have ever been worked on prior to my purchase. I purchased it CPO from BMW in LA.

I hope I can make it home alright, but this weekend I'll definitely take a closer look. But the definite sound was air/pressure escaped. I remember it did feel like I lost immediate performance too and then it slowly came back.

I'm afraid to get on it again. I've gotten up to 5000rpm and so far no problems. Co-worker mentioned clogged injector. I'll keep you in mind if I ever need assistance.

It can be spark plugs, coil packs or injectors. You can pull the codes and see what it says? Do you have a tune?
