The center was originally painted gunmetal by DPE. I just was not very pleased with their interpretation of it for my car. It seemed like it had a bit of a blue/green hue to it. So, I really wanted something more in the smoke catagory. I did not want glossy black....and I did not want black chrome.

Basically...I wanted the wheels to look like the BBS LM champion edition. So, paint shop is doing their best to replicate the color. Its very tough, because BBS does not release their paint color scheme. And the wheels look different at different angles.

Oh, well.....whatever they look like, I am sure I will like it alot more than the previous version.

LoL Miguel...find someone that has the champion edition wheels...I'll take a "paint sample" off of them for you so they can color match
