my friend said that she got a ticket the other day for parking too far away from the curb (it wasnt really that far but noticeable) but i mean WTF!?

hmm 35% isnt THAT tinted. I might go 15% on rear windshield and 35% everywhere else.

i don't even remember what % my huper is...i think it's 35 or 30...have never been hassled for tint....actually haven't even been given a second look by the popo in the e92 at all (knocking on wood....)
