Im awaiting a Mineral White on Coral Red 335is convertible right now, fully loaded with pretty much every option. Im so stoked to have one of the last of these beasts, I hope to have it within the next 3-4 weeks. Searched country wide for this specific build and my dealer was able to find one that was just finished at the factory. The wait is literally killing me.

She may only be new to me, but with 16K miles it's close enough... Much happier I went with this over a brand new 328 to say the least. It was beyond difficult to find the spec I wanted at the mileage I wanted, but finally she appeared. Not sure if the original owner is on here, but here's my 2011 335is (first car I truly wanted I was able to buy for myself and I'll have her forever). Premium package, 225M's, etc., but most of all, the 6MT

New IS member here with a question. Do your DCT's rattle a bit when slowing to a stop and when put in P? A little disconcerting, or is this normal? Car barely broken-in may be an issue. Thanks for any replies.

I get a weird rattle ish sound in low gears going about 30 mph. Like a metallic rattle, almost like a bunch of loose change in a cup sound. Only on accelerating.

Yes, thanks. Sounds a little like a diesel too. Like you replied, only in low gears going slow or in Park, but not always! Weird noise.

Happens to us all.... Its a turbo thing. Happened ALL THE TIME in my 335. Sounds like someone is taking my utensil drawer and jiggling it around

Just turn your music up louder.

Exactly. Never had a turbo car before, but it seems to be virtually silent most of the time.

Loud noise on cold starts, when the RPMS lowers noise goes away, when driving I hear it sometimes. Took it to the dealership Wednesday and something broke on the exhaust forgot what it was, waiting for parts wont get car until Monday or Tuesday. Driving a 328i convertible getting attention with top off but it feels like I'm carrying 100 pounds of bricks on the trunk.

Muffler flap rattle, common issue.. Had mine replaced already, they install new driver side muffler. Make sure both tips are aligned when you pick it up, mine was sticking out and sat lower.. Have the dealer readjust it if necessary.
