Durus is okay- fine for shirts, but not suits/tailored clothing.

Going toPacific side as fly into Liberia near Playa Tamarindo/Coco, but may head to Mal Pais or Santa Teresa, maybe head to Avellenas..I am not that good, cant surf head high or bigger (6ft)

Just want to be in 88 degree waters and in hammock every afternoon for a siesta..

damnit, i convince myself i dont need new wheels and that my breytons are fine as an all year round set. Then every 2 weeks, i get the urge to run two sets and want to buy a new set and I have to reconvince myself not too.

Interesting. They have a groupon for a custom suit, 2 shirts and 2 ties for $650. Hows that compare to your guy Al on price?

I spend about $1k a pop on Hugo Boss suits (expecting to get flamed), so that sounds like a deal.

The chairs here that lack backrests get annoying after about 20 minutes though.

Depends on material/options (i.e. cuff style/collar style) but I usually spend $175-$225 per shirt. In David's opinion, ties are throw aways (because you spill stuff or they go out of style quickly) so he doesn't have any really expensive ones (usually $25-50). But they are nice. Put it this way, If you have a well made and fitted suit and a great shirt with quality shoes, nobody will really question your tie. And if you want one or two really goto ties, get em for those occassions.

I should mention that the last shirt I bought was like 2-3 years ago. I haven't had to replace any and they aren't showing any wear...my point is that I don't know if those prices are current.

If you call him, tell him you know me. He seems kinda gay, but he has a family (who knows?). He is a good guy though and he understands cars.

Oh, and I know in the past he has gone out to client's offices...although that would limit what you could see in terms of samples I think.

Christ, even socks that I get from him have lasted up to four years and counting.

". The men's suit package includes one of their two-piece suits, custom-fit and made of 100% fine wool in a variety of styles and colors (a $995 value). Style-seekers also choose two shirts, made from 120 double two-ply silky Sea Island cotton, in stripes or a plethora of patterns ($145 each), with an available upgrade to 180 double two-ply or automated buttons for $30. Two 100% silk ties jump aboard as well, from designers such as Alexander Julian and Bill Blass, created to mimic the lost but all-important human trunk ($65 each). "

You tell me if thats quality materials.
