I'm taking my car to PeterPan BMW for a full service inspection, can you guys recommend any good Service advisor's that you have worked with?

kenny from peter pan BMW. he speaks chinese so your parents can communicate with him too hahaha, but seriously, he's been pretty helpful to my dad as of late

I'll be calling them tomorrow. I'm not even suppose to be in service...BMWSF did a full service around 12k...but for some reason the icon popped up saying I need service. So eh...I get two rounds I guess.

My car apparently called "home" once, I got a call to make an appointment since my car "called in" and said it needed attention. Go figure, I get the attention whore car

Kinda freaky though when I think about it.
