I could never sit in the front of the class, i always sat in the third seat. Just close enough to pay attention but yet far enough to not get spit on by the prof...oh yea i had a prof who use to spit when he lectures.

I always sat in the back...I think that's how my eyes got so bad

Okay Steve, here's the story. I had an appointment with Sterling, but they didn't have any loaners until the 28th. So I heard Crevier has a ton of loaners, they told me they have like 268 BMW loaners. I called them, got passed around to 5 different people. I then got a voice mail. Frustrated as I was, I hung up and didn't leave a message. I called my friend that was a tech and next thing I knew I got a missed call from Crevier. I got a missed call from the lady's VM that I didn't leave a message for.

She sounded like a professional, pleasant person, so I called her back and left a VM. She called me back within 20 minutes. On my voicemail, I introduced myself and said that "I understand Crevier has a policy to only provide loaner cars to customers who have purchased their cars from them. I would like to establish a relationship with Crevier and have heard great things about your service. I would like to take my car solely to Crevier, provided that I get a BMW loaner."

When she called me back, we talked about this. She said that Crevier had a policy a long time ago because they did not have many loaners and they have many more now. She asked me what was wrong with the car, I told her. She asked me when I would like to bring my car in, I told her as soon as possible. She said she would provide me with a loaner and if I had any problems in the future, just to call her directly. She said she couldn't promise a loaner everytime in case they didn't have one available, but she thinks she can usually get me into one.

Moral: Be nice and professional.
