Its mostly visual, and sometimes biopsy.

But when you are seeing patients every 15 min, you can really stop...walk to your office, put your camera together, and set up a photoshoot. Particularly if the patient is in the ER or if you are makin rounds in the hospital. So, I need one that I can carry on me the entire time, yet still be able to do the rest of my duties.

It has to fit in the pocket for portability and for security. You do not want to leave your awesome 35mm in a camera bag laying around while you are examing patients....stuff gets contaminated, and sometimes stolen.
