And they were from the same company? That sucks man! Either way, show us some pics! I can't wait to see it.

No, the trunk was from Tischer and tails from EAS. I hope that this is the only issue, I really want this conversion to go smoothly.

hahahha you should be a comedian Nick In all seriousness, I love this exhaust, it looks more aggressive than stock and sounds effing amazing! I find that mundane drives are becoming more entertaining.

I am going to put my leather restoration on hold for now guys. In my quest to get the steering wheel perfect, I scrubbed one side a bit too hard with the horsehair brush and it looks like a small part of the leather is lifting if that makes sense. It almost looks like a small part has loosed up a little bit. Not very noticeable, but I guess it serves me right for overdoing it

Ahhh that sucks. Don't worry though..it can be fixed pretty painlessly. Here's how I would recommend fixing it: http://www.ecstuning.com/ES205577/

Steering wheel like an updated navigation system is not considered a "Mod" is it?

Well now that you're literally replacing a defective part, consider it 'fixing' the car, not modifying it. So it'll be a guilt and buyers-remorse free purchase

Its Monday right joe?

How do you remove the front grills? I need to figure out how to put the BMW CCA badge on. As a note to lemans blue owners, the colour seems more fitting so I more than likely won't like the badge on my car, so let me know if you would be interested in the badge.

Anvar, I think that this new steering wheel would walk the thin line between a "fix" and a "mod"

Although somewhat overkill, this wheel would be badass if it weren't so damn expensive.

That is the one and only thing that I like about the DCTs and the E46 M3s SMG. The shift lights are standard and incorporated into the tac.

Guys I see there have been no submissions for the monthly photo challenge including one from yours truly. I keep finding awesome rusty prospects, but I am either on foot, bus, or in my GF's car Perhaps we extend to the end of December

Well for November/December it was to take a picture of your car next to the most rusty automobile that you could find. I haven't driven my car much this month to get a good shot. Why don't you bring your truck over so I can get a winning pic

Anvar- it is actually pretty simple..i can help if you need it...and i know I have asked you before but I will be selling my matte black grills as soon as my new ones arrive in next couple days (I actually bought some from another guy other than the ones I am getting screwed on) so since you are removing the stock ones...why not put on the Matte Black ones?....I will give you a super good family and friends discount.....!
