as long as you can collect rent. if you can't, good luck evicting the people. Sometimes it takes months to kick someone out. During that time, you will not have revenue either.

Having apartments as secondary income isn't bad at all. Especially in this economy if one could buy real estate they really should.

did you see that thing on Fox 11 with that lady and her husband. they bought a house and there were people inside of it and it took a week for them to finally move it cause the people wouldn't leave. I felt bad, but they were so happy when they were able to move in, heart warming

there is one guy who had a mailbox and he has his money all over the place. Not all your eggs in one basket type of thing. He is doing rather well. bought himself an M3 which he said he drives once a month lol

Didn't see it, but a week is typical and not unsual. Sometimes, you need a court order and have the police go with you to escort people out.

You guys are probably too young to remember, but search for the movie Pacific Heights...

I was halfway joking when I said I'd buy only apartment buildings. I'd buy a few then invest in mutual funds like Simon said. Only aggressive ones because I have nothing the lose, I won the money in the first place so...

I'd invest in some business as well, go to a trusted broker and see what I could come up with.
