As you can see in the picture this is what's happening to the inside of my car. What can I do about it?

I think the product being referenced is the Colorbond Interior Spray Paint sold on Bavauto.

Wow I have the exact same pealing but you can't even see in black. It bothers me some but most don't notice.when I saw your pics I had no idea it happed for other color tones. I cringed when I saw your cup handles. What a flaw

Either pay to replace em, or do a two tone interior setup....Paint em black and be done with it..Alot of other things in the interior are black to match, upper dash, door panels, wheel
Btw BMW blames it on "exposure to certain hand creams & sun tanning lotions" |

I doubt this could have been cause by lotion and sun tanning cream, I think more from sun exposure...because this happened before I had tints on
Of course BMW is going to blame on anything but crappy material they use on the base model. |

I also have this issue, but mine is only bubbling and only on my drivers door. Its no where near as progressed as yours.
I would probably end up doing what others said and paint the pieces black rather than replace and have them fail again. |

Well it wasn't like this before, I mean not as bad, but when I was condition the leather part of the door trim, I noticed it would get bigger and bigger

Replace them. I don't think the newer parts will do it again. I seem to recall reading that BMW revised the part to prevent it. Previous owner of mine had most of those panels replaced under warranty and mine are still perfect.

Just had a specialist come to the house and repaint them. They take all of the old paint off (since BMW paints their trim pieces) and repaint them after they are color matched. Came out real nice, but I see you live in VA....he is located here in NJ

specialist. He has his own company because apparently a lot of dealerships paint the trim, so he does it for a living. He has several contracts with BMW, Benz and Ferrari.
