BMW 325i 07 automatic: flush or replace oik

My BMW 325i E91 at 150.000miles / 235.000km still has the original automatic transmission oil. It leaks at the automatic pan gasket and sometimes I feel a little bump when shifting or place it in R. Nothing too serious, drives fine

I wanted to flush the transmission and replace the oilpan but I’m in doubt. Maybe I could just replace oil and pan? To prevent new complaints after flushing? I heard that’s possible when you flush the automatic at high mileage?

I'd replace fluid and filter, along with mechatronic sleeves and seals (there are 3 or 4 sleeves, and a seal block that need to be replaced). Also the harness connector sleeve on the outside of the trans that is known to leak on all the ZF mechatronics.
