Arlington Lawyer
Anyone have a good recommendation for an Arlington Traffic lawyer? Wife to a BS ticket in the M3 the other day 59/45 on route 50...
I did a search and have tried calling a few places, but I've not been able to find an Arlington specific traffic attorney. Thanks! |

Why is it a BS ticket if she was going 14 over the speed limit?

I really think it was a case of pulling over the M3. There was another car in between us and the officer at the time. He pulled us over after following that car, which was going faster than us, for a few minutes. Then, when I asked him why he did not pull over the other car he said "I can't pull you both over." Most importantly, he said he pulled us over because we "were passing the other car," when we said we were not, he said, "well you were going faster." Also, we were hit with LIDAR and have no front plate. I think the circumstances are a bit too sketchy for us to have been speeding +14 without a reasonable doubt...

Unfortunately more than likely you will just have to suck it up and pay the fine.
