I see in videos in other people's track day where their center screen shows 3 bars (I couldn't tell what stats those are).
I put my screen for track mode and the center screen just goes black for me.

How do I get that 3 bars to show?
Or is that something part of the M performance package?

If you go into the live vehicle screen that shows your consumption/trip data then under options select adaptive content, it will display the performance gauges when you are in M mode - Sport.
