Retrofit Combox

Hi
I have retrofitted a telematic combox. I had tcu + mulf high before.
The combox works both in streaming and telephone, SOS works (tried response). However, in the BMW services section I have two problems: BMW online doesn't work and the call numbers are from the wrong country. I would like to put the Italian assistance numbers. how can I do it? Why haven't they updated the coding? Thank you

the numbers could be updated via ISTA service procedures
bmw online service is discontiniued, because it was provided using 2g/3g network and proxy server farm in bmw, now 3g networks converted to 4g and proxy servers shut down
